Keith & Daphne Smith

His sermons and his leadership challenge, motivate, encourage, and equip us to succeed in every aspect of our lives.

He and his family came to us in 2012 through a prophetic Word of God. Pastor Keith and his wife, Daphne, have been married for over 30 years. Pastor has sought after God's will for his life and his family's lives, and God has blessed him with 30 years of ministry. 

Since 2012, TOP has experienced exponential growth under the direction of our Pastor, the passion of our church body, and the undeniable Hand of God. Through building deeper relationships with God, our community, and church family, we believe the best is yet to come.
